Abstract: This article is dedicated to new strategy of distance education. The article deals with the possibilities of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in teaching specially distance education. In the article, ICT technological tools and their methods of application in educational process are looked over; discrepancy of intellectual approaches of technologies with methods and ways of teaching is found out. It is offered to change education strategy to improve quality of distance training. New strategy of education contains three main directions: Formal-logical and Fuzzy Logics modeling of knowledge; cognitive approach in training and new criteria of evaluation of students’ knowledge.

“İdrak məktəbi”   Ankara Opta Doğu Universiteti nin Egitim və kompyuter texnologiyası bölümü ilə birlikdə  Bakida 23-25.10. tarixində kecirilən  AİKT-2013 beynəlxalq konfransında  “Distant təhsilin yeni strategiyası “ mövzusunda məruzəs təqqdim edilmişdi . Məruzədə İKT inkişafı  təhsilə  gətirdiyi yeniliklərdən biri olan distant  təhsilin yeni strategiyasından danışıldı. Distant təhsilin səmərəliyi ücün, öyrəncilərin  ondan keyfiyyətli yararlanması  ücün üc təklif irəli sürüldü:

1.   1.Distant təhsilin məzmununu yeni struktur  quruluşunda vermək. Bu struktur quruluşunda biliklər qeyri səlist məntiq əsasında modelləşdirilir.  Bu yeni dərslik modeli – nano-dərsliklər modelinin yaradılması deməkdi.
2. Təlim yolu, dərk etmə yolu olan, konstruktiv təlim təklif olunur.
